Should I choose lithium or lead-acid?

Lithium costs more upfront but lasts far longer. Our lithium models are rated for 3,000 to 6,000 cycles, can be used to 95% depth of discharge and need no maintenance. Lead-acid costs less to buy and suits jobs where budget matters more than cycle life. Tell us what you want to run and for how long, and we will recommend one.

Will your lithium batteries work with my inverter?

They are compatible with Deye, Hoymiles and many other leading inverter brands. Match the battery to your inverter's system voltage: 12.8V for 12V systems, 25.6V for 24V and 51.2V for 48V. The 51.2V model also talks to the inverter over RS485 and CAN. Send us your inverter model if you're unsure.

Can you add solar to my existing inverter and batteries?

We will check. A system assessment tells us whether your current equipment can be reused with solar or needs to be replaced, before you spend anything on new parts.

What happens to my old batteries?

When we replace your batteries, we take the old ones back and send them for environmentally responsible disposal. Lead-acid batteries should never go out with general waste.

What should I share when I ask for a quote?

Your location, what you want to power, and for solar, a recent electricity bill. For batteries, the make and model of your inverter, UPS or vehicle helps. Photos of the site or the existing setup speed things up.
